My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Transformational Coach, and Certified Hypnotherapist. During sessions, I combine various techniques including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, NLP, guided meditations, and journaling exercises to help clients uncover and shift all the barriers and blocks that have been preventing them from moving forward and achieving their goals in different areas of life, including relationships and career.

In addition to counseling and coaching, I also offer women's groups, workshops, hypnosis, and energy healing for a variety of issues including but not limited to low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, depression, anxiety, physical pain, trauma, and relationship issues. All services are provided in Manhattan, Brooklyn, via phone, and Skype.

You have blocks that keep you from achieving your goals: you know what you want, but you haven't been able to manifest it. You often get in your own way or self-sabotage every time you get close to achieving your goals.
You lack clarity about what you really want in life: you often feel as if this can't be it but you haven't quite been able to figure out what's missing from your life. You know you were created to be, do, and have more, but you're struggling with figuring out who you are and what your purpose is.
You need support: you often feel as if you don't fit in. Your friends and family don't always understand what you're going through. You need guidance from someone who can relate to your experiences and help you navigate through your challenges.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
It's hard to invest your time, energy, and money with someone you don't know. And it doesn't help that there are so many options to choose from, from social workers, to counselors, to life coaches. Having been a client myself I know how difficult it can be to find someone you can connect to; someone who understands you; someone who is able to help you.
As a mental health counselor and transformational coach, my goal is to help clients get out of their own way and reach their full potential. I combine various techniques including guided meditations, journaling exercises, NLP, tapping, Reiki, and hypnosis to help clients eliminate all the blocks and barriers that have been preventing them from moving forward and achieving their goals.
I've worked with clients who have struggled with issues such as depression and anxiety for years. They're always impressed with the results they're able to achieve after working with me for such a short time.
