My Approach to Helping
Whether you're experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety, dealing with low self-esteem, having issues in your relationships, or just unhappy with where you are in life, my goal is to help you uncover the root of your conflict so you can begin to move forward.
My approach goes beyond talk therapy and combines coaching techniques to help women uncover and shift the patterns, limiting beliefs, and negative emotions that are holding them back in different areas of their life.
Whereas therapy can last years, I focus on helping clients achieve immediate, long-lasting results in as little as one session.

In addition to individual sessions, I also facilitate a monthly women's group. Unapologetically Me is focused on empowering women to come into alignment with who they are and what they want, while also connecting with other like-minded women. Topics include self-love, setting boundaries, improving relationships, dealing with depression, communication skills, and so much more!

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Many people find it hard to invest their time, energy, and money with someone they don't know. And it doesn't help that there are so many options to choose from, from social workers, to counselors, to life coaches. Having been a client myself I know how difficult it can be to find someone you can connect to; someone who understands you; someone who is able to help you.
As a mental health counselor and transformational coach, my goal is to help clients become the best version of themselves. I combine various techniques such as guided meditations, journaling exercises, and tapping to help clients breakthrough the blocks that have been preventing them from moving forward and achieving their goals.
I've worked with clients who have been in therapy previously - some for years. They're always impressed with the results they're able to achieve after working with me for such a short time.
