My Approach to Helping

You may have an idea of what you want to achieve in life – the relationships you would like to have, the feelings you would like to experience, the type of career you would enjoy. But consciously or subconsciously something may be holding you back – feelings of depression or anxiety, thoughts of not being (blank) enough, pain from the past, or fear of the unknown. And even though you might feel nervous or unsure about this process, you might also get the sense that it's time for a change.

I combine counseling, coaching, guided meditations, hypnosis, energy healing, and journaling exercises to help clients uncover, shift, and release the fears, insecurities, blocks, and limiting beliefs that have been preventing them from moving forward and achieving their goals in different areas of life including relationships and career. I'm known for digging deep to help clients uncover what's really holding them back.

Whereas traditional therapy can last years, I focus on helping clients get results in as little as one session.

In addition to counseling and coaching, I also offer women's groups, workshops, hypnosis, and energy healing for a variety of issues including confidence, self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. All services are provided in Manhattan, Brooklyn, via phone, and video.

You're ready to heal: you've experienced trauma. You've been hurt, betrayed, lied to, or abandoned. You suffer from depression or anxiety. Your self-esteem is not where you would like it to be. You want to let go of the past, work through negative emotions, and find happiness again.

You want something you've never had before: you've never been in a healthy relationship. Quite honestly, you don't even know what a healthy relationship looks like. You've never owned your own business. But you can't imagine working for someone else for the rest of your life. You know you are capable of achieving your goals. You just don't know where to begin.

You need support: you can't talk to your friends or family about your problems because they are the source of your problems. You've spent so much time thinking about your problems but haven't been able to come up with a solution on your own. You've exhausted your friends and family with your problems. You need an unbiased opinion from someone who is equipped to help you.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I know how difficult it can be to invest your time, energy, and money with someone you don't know. And it doesn't help that there are so many options to choose from including social workers, counselors, and life coaches. Having been a client myself I understand how important it is to have a therapist you feel a sense of connection to; someone who understands you; someone who is able to help you.

I combine various techniques including guided meditations, journaling exercises, NLP, EFT, Reiki, and hypnosis to help clients breakthrough the blocks that are preventing them from moving forward, being happy, reaching their full potential, and achieving their goals in different areas of life.

I've worked with clients who have struggled with relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and trauma for years. They're always impressed with the results they're able to achieve after working with me for such a short time.
