I have more than 10 years of counseling experience working mainly from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy orientation.
I provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings while working with you to set goals to improve your overall well-being.
I strive to help you learn new coping skills that can be utilized for a lifetime so that you can work your way out of therapy.
