My Approach to Helping
My goal as a therapist is to provide you with the opportunity of discovering personal growth within yourself or within different types of relationships you are currently in. Whether if you are an adult, adolescent or child, with the help of how to communicate effectively, you are able to get your wants and needs met regardless of what it might be. The goal is to reduce ongoing symptoms by developing coping skills that you can use daily and achieve the goals you have set for yourself. You will be provided with a safe environment without any judgement and continuous compassion and empathy throughout this process.
