My Approach to Helping

I help individuals have a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach is one of collaboration, cooperation, and respect for your inherent capacity to heal and become whole. I am grounded in a humanisticexistential approach to therapy. I create a supportive, challenging, and warm therapeutic environment to help you explore your feelings and understand what is preventing you from leading a fulfilling and authentic life. You will find a safe environment to help you uncover, process, and to ultimately heal. Together, we will work to examine that which may be hindering you and to unearth your healthiest, fullest self.
