My Approach to Helping
I am here to help, I will honor your journey and support you. Life can be difficult and uncertain, I take a strength based, person centered approach to help you navigate any issues that may arise. Building a strong foundation together we can support your body, mind and soul. Nonjudgemental, holistic, individualized treatment whether you struggle with anxiety, managing anger, or just a sense of overwhelm. Sometimes things can feel heavy and anxiety can keep you feeling stuck. I can help you catch your breath, calm your body and thoughtfully move forward. I understand that we are all individuals with our own goals, values and dreams. I specialize in treating anxiety and anger management and use a combination of mindfulness, hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to foster change in thoughts and behaviors. I have also worked in the criminal justice system and have knowledge of the adult and juvenile system and their challenges.
