My Approach to Helping
I am a firm believer in the healing power of therapy and truly believe that therapy is a process everyone can benefit from. My approach to therapy derives from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, DBT, motivational interviewing and many other techniques. Within these models we identify a clear goal and a path to achieving that goal. Together we can build upon your strengths in order to take on barriers that may prevent you from reaching this goal. Goals can range from coping with daily stressors, working with behavioral issues, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and many other issues.
