My Approach to Helping
I’m a licensed professional counselor, and I love helping people find balance, healing, and connection in their lives. My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and humanistic—I use proven tools while also focusing on the whole person.
Outside of the therapy room, I try to live by the same balance I encourage in my clients. I love spending time with my dog and four cats, cooking, paddle boarding, going to concerts, playing the keytar, embroidery, and video games. I like to say I “know a lot about some things, and a little about everything”—which often helps me connect with clients in fun and unexpected ways. I believe that joy, rest, and play are just as important as responsibility, and that making space for them helps us show up as the best version of ourselves.
