My Approach to Helping
New client appointments are available immediately! I identify as a bi/queer cis woman (she/her) who was late diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). I also have a chronic illness. I provide LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming and informed therapy. I provide space for clients to feel however they need to feel without judgement. We go against the grain of “typical” and how “things should be” and focus instead on what works for you; we like to question the premise of “should.” Clients who come here are ready to dig into root issues, explore their identity, set boundaries, communicate their needs, and build healthy coping skills.
I take a personal approach with my clients and explore not only what is going on on the inside but how their environment may be helping or hindering their ability to thrive. I may have the degree, but you're the expert on you. Therapy is a partnership.
I offer free consultations to those curious to see if I am the right fit for them. If I am not, I’ll try to find you another therapist either in our practice or another practice. That way no matter what, reaching out will be a step closer to getting the services you need and deserve. You are worthy and deserving of help. Reach out today.
