My Approach to Helping
Therapy-d out, but tired of feeling crappy? You can't be who you are meant to be when you feel tired, anxious, overwhelmed, or angry. There has to be more to life than the same job, where you are not appreciated, broken relationship, and the same people who annoy you. You feel hopeless and you are yearning for something else. If you have disorders or difficulties interfering with your life, something needs to change. You deserve to feel better so that you can offer your best in everything you do. Life is difficult enough without being overwhelmed.
