My Approach to Helping
Finding a good match with your therapist is probably the most important for healing and making changes in your life. My focus is solely on women's therapy, on my clients being truly heard and supported as we work on what they need. I value empathy, a creative process, insight, intuition, collaboration, honesty, and acceptance.
