My Approach to Helping
Welcome. Do you want more out of your life and relationships, yet are unsure of how to make that happen? Do feelings of uncertainty, worry, doubt, or fear get in your way? Are you feeling alone or stuck, not sure as to the next step? People often come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed because nothing seems to work.
I enjoy working with individuals, helping them identify and overcome obstacles allowing them to learn healthier ways of communicating with others and overcoming low self esteem. I realize that taking the first step can be difficult, even scary. I believe that we all have the ability to foster positive change and sometimes all we need is a little help getting there.
