My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping individuals and couples is a person-centered approach. We will work collaboratively at a pace that you are ready, willing, and able to work at. I provide a safe place to share your struggles. I see people in the highest positive regard, in a non-judgemental, objective way. I am an encourager by nature so I often see strengths in people that they cannot see within themselves. The overarching message is that there is hope and healing. I truly consider it an honor and a privilege to serve in this capacity.

Tranquilty Counseling, LLC was developed from a lifelong dream of mine to help others. I have "a lot" of life experience. I have been married for 30 years and have raised 3 adult children. I believe that the life experience coupled with my academic and professional training can be a great resource for others. I see a limited number of clients so that I may best serve you before, during and after the time we meet.
