I can provide a safe, caring, warm, and confidential place to discuss these issues. I have evening and Saturday appointments available.
I offer trauma-focused therapy. I help clients learn to calm their emotions and thoughts, process through disturbance and later put it all together with a template for the future. I am especially good at helping resolve trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, and depression.
