What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or constantly worrying about how others see you, you’re not alone. Many people find themselves stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, struggling to speak up about what they really feel, or feeling disconnected from their own needs. It can be exhausting to carry all of that on your own. I help you make sense of how past trauma may be affecting your relationships and sense of self, and support you in building new patterns of safety, trust, and authentic connection. You don’t have to navigate it alone—I walk alongside you as you reclaim your confidence, voice, and emotional freedom.
I’m here to help you slow down, feel safer inside yourself, and learn how to express what’s really going on in a way that feels honest and compassionate. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship—when you have someone beside you who truly listens, understands, and helps you make sense of your inner world.
In our work together, we gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you small, silent, or stressed. You’ll learn tools to understand your emotions, communicate your needs clearly, and connect with others without abandoning yourself. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, seen, and met with kindness—exactly as you are.
