Through a holistic approach I help clients feeling anxious, "stuck" or "lost" in the world. I incorporate EFT (tapping) and Yoga Therapy techniques to address difficult emotions and struggles with current life circumstances.

I believe that when we can identify the negative underlying beliefs that we hold, we are capable of real change. Within a therapy environment that is warm, accepting, and open, individuals may develop a better understanding of self, creating a space for growth within their relationships and outside world.

I also have an affinity to working with those who seek to look at life's challenges through a spiritual lens. I help others unfold their spiritual path to delve deeper into life's big questions and bring more conscious awareness into their relationships. I can assist you on your path to growth from this perspective, based on your specific needs, interests, and faith tradition.

More Info About My Practice

I have specialized training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping), a form of energy psychology to help release stored emotional blocks. Through this technique individuals are able to release negative emotions and stress and find a sense of healing and peace.

In addition to my 200 hour Yoga Certification, I also have completed Yoga Therapy training focusing on therapeutic yoga techniques which allows me to use a body centered approach with clients who do not respond to traditional talk therapy.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

There are moments in everyone's lives that seem overwhelming, scary, or impossible. I believe that while we all have our own unique experiences, the need for healing is universal.
In my eyes, therapy is a beautiful process of self exploration and reflection in order to heal, create the change that we need, and to become greater versions of ourselves.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is not to fix you but to remind you of what is already right within you. My goal is to remind you that you already have the answers within, you have just forgotten.
