I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in work with adults and young adults. I address a variety of concerns including life stressors, family conflict, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and behavioral issues.

    I am also trained and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I use to help patients develop behavioral skills to increase motivation and develop a happier and more balanced life. These skills are beneficial for those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance disorders, eating disorders, and PTSD.
