I provide a supportive space, free of judgment, so I can meet you at a comfortable starting point. From there, sessions continue at a pace you are comfortable with. I understand that everyone is unique, so I work from an individualized approach tailored specifically to you so your experience can be beneficial and productive as you move towards your goals and desires.

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in work with adults and young adults. I address a variety of concerns including life stressors, family conflict, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and behavioral issues.
My Role as a Therapist
My greatest responsibility is to make you feel secure and heard during our sessions. I want to see you make lasting improvements so you can live your best life.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
How often should I see my therapist? Excellent question. There is no standard answer, but you and I can determine a frequency to meet your needs and accomplish your goals.
