My Approach to Helping

I am a Licensed Therapist (serving the states of PA and NJ) who specializes in providing teletherapy to adults seeking therapy. My focus is on working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, adjustmentlife transitions, relationship issues andor medical conditions. I am an extremely empathetic, caring and nurturing clinician. I pride myself on being warm, personable and non-judgmental. I am a good listener and provide strong knowledge based on my education and clinical experience. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy techniques.

I solely provide teletherapy to my clients. Teletherapy utilizes secure, HIPPA compliant video conferencing to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or office. This allows you to save time by not having to drive to and from appointments, and the convenience of receiving support from the comfort of your own environment. As long as you have access to the internet and a computer or tablet, you have the ability to participate in teletherapy that is secure, private and convenient. Please reach out to me for a free phone consultation or find more information on my website - https:eteletherapy.com. I am happy to help you reach your goals!

More Info About My Practice

How does Teletherapy work? When a therapy session is scheduled, you are emailed a link to the "meeting room" where we will meet for your session. Ten minutes prior to your session, you will receive another email with the same link. This way you don't need to search back through your email to find the initial email sent days prior. There are three forms I ask you to complete prior to our first meeting that is sent to you via email - a consent form, HIPPA privacy form, and intake form. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete.

My Role as a Therapist

I provide a therapeutic environment that is comfortable, safe, and empathetic. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an equal, collaborative relationship free of judgment. All clients are given unconditional positive regard.
