My Approach to Helping
I seek to improve the personal well-being and quality of life for each client. I quickly build strong therapeutic relationships and to put clients on the path to independence.
I earned an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and an MSW from Loyola University Chicago. I help clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, life transitions, and more.
In therapy, I use techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, narrative therapy, and more to help clients identify their own internal drives toward their goals. I am supportive, understanding, and use humor to help clients feel heard and ready to move forward.
