I'm an experienced therapist with 16 years experience. Areas of expertise include depression, self-esteem, mood issues, grief and loss, anxiety and fear, anger, family issues, abuse and relationship issues. In addition to working with individuals, I work extensively with couples. Often, difficulties that arise in relationships stem from past experiences and poor communication. Together, we will explore past wounds that activate intense feelings and emotions and develop relationship skills necessary to heal past hurts and to better manage difficult feelings by transforming problems in your relationship into opportunities for greater closeness, intimacy, and growth.
