I use evidence-based practices to provide you with the knowledge, strategies, and support you need to help reach your goals. Treatment strategies I use include Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) which is a subset of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
