I have experience working with individuals, couples, teens, children, and families; clients diagnosed with variety of presenting problems including Trauma, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Victims of crime, marital issues, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
My focus on couples counselling is to help you Understand how external factors such as family values, religion, lifestyle and culture affect your relationship, help you reflect on the past and how it operates in the present, help you learn how to Communicate in a more constructive way; understand & learn why arguments escalate. Help you to negotiate and resolve conflicts where possible.
