My Approach to Helping
To allow ourselves to receive the abundance of gifts the universe has to offer, we need to fully accept and love ourselves. The foundation of my therapeutic relationships is built on trust, understanding, and acceptance. Together we can work to develop personal growth and independence.
Through our therapeutic journey together, we will explore our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, and values to develop awareness of how we present ourselves and respond to events in our environment. This will give us the opportunity to identify choices, patterns of behavior, and obstacles that are impacting our health and well-being and preventing us from reaching our full potential.
My therapeutic approach is considered to help individuals gain a better understanding of how their emotional and physical needs are connected. They will learn that being aware of their internal self is key to understanding why they react and behave in certain ways.
These approaches have been found effective for managing tension, anxiety, addiction, post-traumatic stress, depression, behavioral concerns, eating disorders and relationship difficulties. My clients tend to feel more self-confident, calm and at peace with themselves.
