My Approach to Helping
Life inevitably presents all of us with unexpected crises and losses. While it is normal to struggle with the challenges that life throws at us, it isn't easy. These experiences can create feelings of confusion, anxiety, and depression and it is during these times that many often seek help from a therapist in order to restore a sense of balance in life.
