My Approach to Helping
I hold the belief that we live within relationship systems like our family, our friends and work associates. We are in relationship with God, with self and with others. Within these relationship systems our problems will show up; where life gets difficult and out of balance. Some relationship lack healthy boundaries, (toxic or dysfunctional relationships patterns) causing internal conflict in us (anxiety or depression), Recognizing what's not working is a first step to growth and change...Healing. Talking about loss and grief and other emotions, in the presence of another is beneficial. I would be honored to work with you in an identified areas of pain including grief, loss, fear, guilt and abuse
