Through the use of proven therapy techniques such as Eye Movement Desentizitiation Reprocessing (EMDR) or client-centered talk therapy, and learning better boundaries we will work together to find solutions to the issues in your life. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, providing you hope with a caring compassionate therapist, while striving to help you reach the goals we have selected together.
Many life events like trauma, failed relationships, death of dreams, death loved ones, unexpected changes and diffiuclt relationships are just a few examples of issues that you may have to deal with and feel at a loss of how to begin. These issues and feelings may drive your daily choices and actions. Spirituality is also an important part of healing and will be considered as you process through your issues and feelings.

Through the use of EMDR your brain is restructured and the negative thoughts are replaced with positive thouthts. The feelings are reorganised making them manageable and less overwhelming. This in turn helps you to be less reactive and more proactive in your thoughts and choices. You become in control of you.
