Through the use of proven therapy techniques such as Eye Movement Desentizitiation Reprocessing (EMDR), Equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP), or client-centered talk therapy among other treatment modalities, each session is tailored to meet you where you are, providing hope with a caring compassionate therapist, while striving to help you reach the goals we have selected together.

EMDR therapy addresses trauma and negative self thoughts which may create depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Throught the use of EMDR your brain is restructured and the negative thoughts are replaced with positive thouthts. The feelings are reorganised making them manageable and less overwhelming. This in turn helps you to be less reactive and more proactive in your thoughts and choices. You become in control of you.
