My Approach to Helping
At one point in time, we all experience some form of challenge. Yet, challenging life experiences do not define us, they challenge us to be better. It is important to acknowledge these challenges and the need to find help. Therapy is not meant to give you answers, but rather to help you find your own path and answers to your challenges.
Often times individuals suffer from stress related symptoms. I am a true believer of working all 8 dimensions of wellness, financial, mental, emotional, intellectual, physical, environmental, psychological and social. All of these aspects of wellness impact our overall wellbeing. I work on focusing on your strengths, what has worked and ignore what has not worked.
