I use research-based trauma care which is effective, safe and utilizes your own body's own healing capacity. With you in control, we can transform and integrate your experience into something manageable and life-giving. My goal is to support you to see clearly and be in a state where positive choices flow naturally. Many people find that professional support is a way to turn negative events into opportunities for growth, healing, and understanding.
