My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling? Maybe you’ve lost someone or had an accident. Perhaps something unthinkable happened and you just can't forget even though you try. Feeling alone, tired, guilty, ashamed, angry, hopeless, isolated or tired? Or maybe you can’t relax, can't sleep and live in worry.
Life happens but healing doesn't have to be scary and overwhelming. Those are just signs we need some assistance. I use research-based trauma care which is effective, safe and actually utilizes your own body's own healing capacity. With you, in control, we can transform and integrate your experience into something manageable and life-giving. My goal is to help you see clearly and be in a state where positive choices flow naturally. Proper support is key; a way to turn negative events into opportunities for growth, healing, and understanding.
