My Approach to Helping
My name is Lien Lac. I have experience working with teenagers, adults, and families. My therapeutic orientation is person-centered therapy, which means that I care about your feelings and thoughts.
In addition to my warm and caring style, I also bring in other techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness skills to help with shaping thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have helped many clients improve coping skills to better manage their anxiety, anger, depression, as well as improving behaviors related to attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and Autism.
