I am a holistic psychotherapist and hypnotherapist that loves to help people manage anxiety, mood, resolve past trauma and get "unstuck." Do you have difficulty making decisions? I have over 15 years experience and specialized training in social service work (adoption, immigration, refugees, domestic violence and trauma) and I have been a therapist for 6 years. I integrate traditional psychotherapy techniques, clinical and spiritual hypnotherapy, meditation, and mindfulness. Begin your healing journey, give me a call today.

Lotus Wellness Center thrives on the mission to provide holistic, nurturing, and caring approach to help clients nurture the mind, body, and spirit. We emphasize an evidence based approaches that help to cultivate growth and positive change. Currently, our practice includes dedicated therapists who bring forth their unique skills, methods, and clinical backgrounds; a chiropractic physician who works on applying body work to aid in lessening mental health symptoms, provides nutritional counseling, massage, and post injury care; and a yoga and meditation instructor. We offer a variety of mindfulness/meditation, clinical, psychoeducational, and process groups and workshops.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to provide the most nurturing, unbiased, and open environment to help you challenge maladaptive beliefs and patterns, grow as an individual, and start noticing changes as a direct result. I will help guide you, provide you with specific clinical tools to practice on a daily basis, and give each client a completely unique approach to their challenges. I am a fond believer of building up an individual's support system and I see that my clients thrive best when they are able to communicate their needs better to their family and friends so that they are better able to support them. I welcome the opportunity to work with my client's significant others and families in order to better assist my clients.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Just like any relationship, the therapeutic relationship grows on trust and understanding. It is important for clients to feel comfortable opening up to their therapist with difficult issues. I am a firm believer that both sides need to be open minded and work together to formulate the best possible treatment plan. Additionally, I am fortunate to be working with an incredible team of clinical therapists who bring forth a unique way of working with clients. If upon our first few sessions, we realize that the client would be better suited for another clinician, I am happy to refer!
