I received my Master's in counseling in 2016 while working in a shelter for survivors of domestic violence. Over the years, I have also worked providing support to parents feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I have also worked with people from a variety of stages of life dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other challenges, providing them with a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration, healing, and growth.
