My Approach to Helping
Sometimes we feel so alone, so hopeless and worthless, that we can't fathom a future worth living. Other times we feel terrified, frozen, or in a panic. Afraid to make that first step. It may be hard to fall asleep or to wake up in the morning. The things we once loved to do now seem dull. We may not know what is wrong but we know something needs to change. There is hope. It can get better. And I want to help you get there.
