As a therapist, my goal is to provide a therapeutic experience that facilitates healing and personal growth. Whether you are facing an especially difficult time in your life or just need a place to sort your thoughts, I will collaborate with you to address the obstacles that are hindering you from living a full and enjoyable life.

I believe that therapy should be catered to the unique needs of the individual. For this reason, I utilize integrative therapy, which allows the therapy experience to be tailored to the individual's personal needs and goals.
My Therapy Focus
Many of us experience difficult life transitions throughout our lives and never realize just how much they affect our mental health and well being. I specialize in addressing these difficult life transitions, so that the individuals I work with are able to navigate through them with much greater ease and with the dedicated encouragement and support that is often needed. Here are some of the life transitions that I address in therapy:
- Beginning a new jobcareer
- Relocating to a new place
- Moving on after the end of a difficult relationship
- Coping with life after losing a loved one
- Making a difficult lifestyle change, such as eliminating negative behaviors, habits and thinking
In addition to life transitions, I also address many other challenges such as anxiety, relationship issues, and depression.
