I enjoy working with clients of all ages, teens through older adults. My clients include individuals, couples and families who are committed to improving their lives. After understanding each client's individual needs, based upon the feedback that I receive about their goals, challenges and histories, I develop a unique, customized treatment plan for each.
I will encourage you to push beyond your comfort level in an effort to uncover new tools that will help you to create the positive change you're looking to achieve (independence, clarity, solutions to challenges, healthier relationships) Most clients are able to make positive and lasting modifications, freeing them from their unhealthy patterns.
