My Approach to Helping
I believe individuals are inherently capable of discovering their own solutions and that therapy serves as a tool to guide and motivate people in this process. My role is to help clients develop new, healthier ways of living, viewing themselves and engaging with others. We often become stuck in ways of thinking, feeling and relating to others and fail to recognize there are healthier options. I integrate relational and cognitive-behavioral approaches to support clients to identify new pathways that can improve their sense of well-being and the quality of their relationships with others.
