My Approach to Helping
My passion has always been to help others. I strive to develop a genuine relationship with my clients in an environment that is welcoming and free from judgement. I believe in treating each client as an individual, keeping therapy person centered to address your needs. My approach to therapy is a multimodal approach. I am confident in the thought that utilizing different types of therapy can be more beneficial for therapeutic growth and change due to the fact that we all are different and one may be more receptive to one type of therapy over another. My overall goal is to help assist you in the therapeutic process to have you feeling empowered, reaching the goals you want to achieve, and leaving therapy with new skills that you can take with you.
A little bit about me, I enjoy spending my free time with friends, family, riding my horse, and being outdoors.
