My Approach to Helping

We all navigate transitions throughout our lives. From high school to college, within relationships, leaving college and entering the “real word”, or career moves – changes big and small impact us in significant ways we don’t always anticipate. Whether you’re moving into a new phase of your life, moving through a difficult stretch, or deciding if it’s time to move on, talking through it with a counselor can offer the support you need to thrive during your transition. My hope is to be a resource and support for young adults as they move through challenging transitions they face throughout their lives.

I will coach you through the changes you're experiencing like a life coach or mentor would, but because I'm a licensed counselor I am equipped to help you dig deeper into whatever roadblocks are stopping you from getting where you want to go. I especially love working with college students and young professionals as they figure out what's next.

When the transitions feel like too much to handle alone, reach out for support. Whether it's relationship troubles or unhappiness in your career, self-doubt or stress, together we can help you live your best possible life.
