I have trained in many diverse therapeutic techniques, developing and refining each approach through years of counseling. A personalized approach is most likely to empower you to succeed in your unique therapeutic goals. I pull from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Solution Based Theory and other psychodynamic approaches to fit you.
