My Approach to Helping
Our work together is determined by your needs and goals. I integrate different types of therapy to fit these specific needs. I have advanced training in both the mind and body giving me a unique approach to counseling. I understand the mind/body/emotion connection very well and my private practice reflects this. You will not be seen as just a reflection of your psychology. I will encourage you to explore many different areas of your life and integrate them along the way to your goals.

My Role as a Therapist
I create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you and I can have a conversation about you and your life. My role as a listener is to reflect feedback back you in a way that is different from other people in your life. This feedback may present a new way for you to look at your situation and find a way to make the changes you desire.
