You’re a sensitive, creative person who struggles to prioritize yourself. You feel burnt out, adrift and anxious from giving so much of yourself to others. You want to be able to do the work you love without feeling distracted by how much other people need from you, it feels like you're running on emotional and creative empty. I help creatives who are willing to put in the time and effort to change feel less drained, more inspired, and more authentically connected to friends and family.

I have a background in fine arts as a painter and cartoonist and so I get the unique emotional challenges that come with being a sensitive, creative person working in a competitive field.
