My Approach to Helping
If You feel burnt out, adrift and anxious from giving so much of yourself to others, it can be hard to live life with the passion and clarity. When you want to be able to do the work you love without feeling distracted by how much other people need from you, but it feels like you're running on emotional and creative empty. I help anxious, overwhelmed people feel less drained, more inspired, and more authentically connected to friends and family.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I have a background in fine arts as a painter and cartoonist and so I get the unique emotional challenges that come with being a sensitive, creative person working in a competitive field.
