My Approach to Helping
My vision for counseling is to see people and families walk through life’s struggles with the help of others and hope for the future. I would like to join you in this journey towards hope. We are all shaped by the relationships we form and our unique life experiences. The way we respond to those encounters tells us something about who we are. If you need a hand in processing your current struggles and finding hope again, I am here. Together we can bear the burden, validate your needs and create room to just be. If you desire to restore the connection with others, bring meaning to your experiences, or explore your unique identity, I would like to help you take the next steps.
I offer a strengths-based approach when working with individuals, couples, and families. My primary areas of focus are (pre)marital therapy, family counseling, anxiety, depression, grief, spiritual issues, postpartum difficulties, and eating disorders. I enjoy integrating faith in therapy upon client request. I have hope for all people and families because of my faith in Christ.
