My Approach to Helping
Whether you're at a crossroad or in the midst of a transition, whether there's been a sudden change in your life or whether you're addressing a stumbling block you've had for years, I can help you. I've been described as easy to talk to and some say they have felt better after the very first session. One of my goals is to help you find your inner strengths and resiliencies as we talk, reflect and even laugh. Let's address and overcome stumbling blocks and challenges that prevent you from living the life you want.
So come on in and relax on my soft comfy couch and let the process unfold... I'll be by your side every step of the way.
Personal fulfillment is a journey but you don't have to travel it alone...
More Info About My Practice
My office is quiet and private. It is conveniently located in Smithtown and offers ample parking. For most people weekly sessions make the most sense. Office hours are Monday through Friday and all sessions are exclusively reserved for you in advance. I make every attempt to return calls by the next day.
I participate in some insurance plans and also provide out of network services. For private clients who choose not to utilize insurance, I will provide receipt of service if needed.
I offer Telehealth sessions via phone or video.
