My Approach to Helping
Psychotherapy is about educating and raising awareness so that we can non-judgmentally identify our patterns and manage life’s confusion. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe it is important to ensure your needs are being met. As a preventative method, it is advantageous to explore and integrate what makes each person unique, such as our mood, temperament, family system, environment, culture, and biology. In doing so, we can bolster personal power towards healthy decisions that are congruent with our values.
