Hello there! With the complexities that the pandemic has brought into our lives, our mental well being has become even more invaluable than ever. As individuals navigating this new normal, we need a safe and empathetic space where we can receive help in learning to regulate our complex and big emotions. I am here to help.
I have experience in working with adults who are wanting to manage symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I highly believe that in order to heal we need to treat the body and mind and therefore also integrate mindfulness, meditation and somatic exercises into my work.
