My Approach to Helping
Do you feel like the pain from grief and loss has taken you on a roller coaster ride of emotions? On the outside, you are trying to hold everything together with work and family, while your insides are yelling, "why don't I feel like myself by now?" You wish you could tell your loved ones how you feel, but you just can't put it into words. Your mind doesn't feel at peace and it's hard to stay focused in day-to-day life.
I can help you to learn new ways to make sure that others understand what you want when you are having a bad day. I can teach you ways to regain more peace and tranquility in your life even after a loss. It's important to me that you have a place to say how you think and feel without fear of judgment. I will help you to build on your strengths to create a plan that fits best for you. You may even discover that making small changes can have a positive impact. I want your therapy experience to be a positive one and I will strive to help you regain a sense of hope, purpose, and direction in your life.
