Hello, I'm Laura. I'm a passionate, interactive, solution-focused therapist. As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with coping tools, support, empowerment and validation. I will provide you with practical, non biased feedback, and guide you to develop healthier coping skills, whether you are battling depression, anxiety or other issues, these will be skills that you can use in this fast-paced, often demanding world. I believe in providing therapy in an ethical, honest, nonjudgmental, empathetic and safe therapeutic environment.
