What's My Approach to Therapy?
I help my clients explore what they are experiencing, understand themselves more deeply, and support them in making changes or acquiring the healing they want. I walk with my clients through their healing journey.
My approach is collaborative and at your pace. I may ask questions, reflect patterns, and sometimes offer skills or strategies if that feels supportive. We'll shape our work together based on what feels right to you.
My role is to support you without judgment. We'll go at your pace and work on what feels most important to you. You're welcome to ask questions, disagree, take breaks, or tell me if something doesn't feel right. This space is yours, and all of you is welcome here.
