What's My Approach to Therapy?

It's time to make your happiness a priority. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. In therapy, we’ll work together to explore your strengths, heal past wounds, and develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can be heard and understood without judgment. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. My goal is to help you reconnect with your resilience, gain clarity, and build a more peaceful, fulfilling life—one step at a time.

I have acquired specialized training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach most often used to help treat posttraumatic stress (PTSD). It is also used to help ease anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and addiction. I have also received training in somatic experience, which helps heal trauma by connecting the mind and body.

I've designed my practice to be a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Therapy is a powerful step toward healing and growth, and having a trusted, compassionate therapist by your side can make all the difference. I'm here to support you as you begin your journey toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
