My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. I offer individual counseling to adults with a range of needs. Drawing on several therapy approaches, my goal is to help clients nurture greater psychological flexibility. This essential skill can help you better cope with distress and focus on leading a meaningful life. I work with each client to find a style and pace of therapy that works.

I have helped clients work through depression, reduce the effect of anxiety, manage life transitions, and cope with trauma and loss. I endeavor to help my clients cultivate valuable insights about their interactions with the world. I specialize in working with individuals who have chronic medical concerns, and those who care for loved ones.
