More Info About My Practice
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years working in the mental health field. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Armstrong State University and completed my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University housed in their school of medicine. In addition to clinical work involving medical populations, I also had the pleasure of serving individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health disorders or other life stressors utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Bowen Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy are just a few of the modalities utilized. Specialties areas include depression, anxiety, adolescent behavior concerns, parenting, couple concerns, and family conflict.
