My Approach to Helping

You are an adult with a lot going for you. You are kind and hard working, but you find yourself worrying. A lot! You feel stuck. Maybe you are struggling with feeling down, stressed out, or overwhelmed. I work with adults, just like you! I use an approach that goes deep to look at core beliefs, patterns, and emotion responses, not just the surface issue. Understanding that each person and situation is unique, I work with individuals, couples, and parents through all stages of life.

I offer COUNSELING for SC residents in the following areas
- INDIVIDUALS: depressionanxiety, trauma recovery/PTSD, loneliness, stress management, anger management.
-COUPLES: infidelity, lost connection, divorce & co-parenting.

I also offer COACHING to those in SC and worldwide.
